London Bridge is Falling Down...

Welcome to London... the most happening place in UK... (n they always like to say Manchester is the most happening place outside London)...ok... this is the buckingham palace... came here to witness the changing of guards... hence u see a huge crowd of tourists!! we inclusive.. haha...


and the band marches by...


and the most hilarious thing happened... as the guard on the horse went by in all seriousness.. the horse that he was sitting on, began shitting along the way... and that's his poo poo... everyone just laughed lah... lol...

took a picture with one of the guards... it was SO FUNNY.. cos before us, there were 3 girls who wanted to take a picture with him... but his face was so stern n serious.. and kinda scared them away... so we were like a little scared too... and we asked "err.. can we take a picture with u?"... suddenly he just burst out laughing la... i think he meant to scare the girls off but he just couldn't pretend to act stern any longer and burst out laughing (okay, not that exaggerating, but he really seemed like he um chio too long and suddenly need to release a little laugh)... and i guess it was partly cos his two guard friends a little distant away (not really on duty) were whispering things to him which tickled him too much.. HAHA


and this is trafalgar square!!! not sure if u can see, but there's a mini-rainbow inside the fountain... cool ha... it's actually the 3rd rainbow we saw during our trip cos got a very nice rainbow we saw when we were in the plane heading to paris from madrid... but i didn't take a picture of it... hai... anyway, yupz, this is trafalgar square... a nice meeting place...


headed to camden market shortly after... liked this place alot though i didn't buy anything.. but it's just a nice place to stroll and peek into the little stores to discover what interesting things they sell..

it was like a mini dunman dinner in london... fr left: wesley, lipen, jelli, me, linda (only one not fr dhs but nonetheless she's always so welcomed), shufeng and weiwei...


had tonkatsu curry rice for dinner... yummy... and so filling!!


okay, it's lessons time... today, i'll be teaching u guys that the above picture is NOT the london bridge... it's the Tower Bridge and is really pretty...


This picture above... to many of our disappointment... is then the london bridge that we often sing in our nursery rhyme... rmb, "london bridge is falling down"?? yes, it really did fall and the reconstructed bridge is this simple and plain and nothing-fascinating-about-it-bridge... haha
